Overnight oats

Been doing this for a few days. A very good source of fiber and plenty of sweet goodness.

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup of Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1/2 cup of coconut milk

2 chopped strawberries

3 tablespoons of maple syrup

Refrigerate overnight

Add 1 tablespoon of honey before you eat
